Membership Requirements
Our Membership is based on a calendar year. You are welcome to join at any time during the year, however you will only be entitled to the courses that remain for that calendar year. We offer three 7 hour courses and one 3 hour course in conjunction with a golf outing at a popular golf resort (golfing fee is extra). In November we have a banquet at the White Oak Plantation in Baton Rouge where you can send in a check for 50 dollars. If you attend the banquet you get your check back!
Members are entitled to:
1.) Attendance to all courses in the calendar year.
a.) Golfing fees are extra.
2.) Attendance of 2 staff members at no charge. (needing no course credit)
a.) Additional staff persons can attend for 30 dollars each.
3.) Hygienists may attend for course credit at 30 dollars each.
a.) Hygienists can attend as staff members with no course credit.
4.) Register for the year end banquet by sending in a check for 50 dollars.
If you attend you get your check back.
